THE STUDIO

Enjoy a cozy and bright studio in the Las Letras neighborhood of Madrid, in the heart of the Spanish capital.

The studio, ideal for a couple or two adults and 2 children, features a double bed, a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Located just minutes from Puerta del Sol, you will feel like a true Madrilenian.

During your stay, you will have full access to the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite dishes during your time in Madrid.

The apartment includes bed linen and towels. Recently renovated, it offers all the modern comforts of a well-equipped home, such as heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, natural light, elevator in the building, telephone (wireless intercom), hangers in the closets, and support throughout your temporary stay.

This studio is the perfect choice for enjoying an extended stay in the heart of Madrid.


LOCATION

Huertas Studio is located in the best area of Madrid! You can walk to all the places in the city center without needing any transport. The famous Plaza Santa Ana is just a couple of minutes away on foot, and Puerta del Sol is about 5 minutes away.

The Las Letras neighborhood, where the apartment is located, is a quiet area with restricted car traffic only for residents. It is a very central area but with all essential services to live comfortably for a season: supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, convenience stores, etc. In fact, for many Madrilenians, the Las Letras neighborhood would be an ideal place to live.

 

THE FINE PRINT

- Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

Amazing little studio appt which is right at the centre of everything in Madrid. Perfect location. The studio itself is decorated in a contemporary style and is clean and in great condition. Wonderful shower! I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Madrid for business or pleasure. IT's big enough for couples, and perhaps even with "small" children on the pull out sofa. Perfect for business.
