The living area, with a sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a small desk, offers a perfect setting for working or relaxing. Step out onto the terrace from the living area to enjoy some fresh air.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and welcome toiletries for the first few days.

-The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September).
-Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee.
-Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host before your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
-Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property.
-Tenants must sign a short-term rental agreement. This agreement will reflect the original terms of your booking and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the rental is not intended for permanent residence.
