-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

A very clean mini-apartment. Had exactly what we needed, and the location couldn't have been better. Minutes from the train station, and incredibly close to everything we wanted to see and do. Fantastic coffee shop two doors down.
