It was the perfect apartment for our stay in Barcelona. Wonderful flat and it‘s situated opposite the best tapas bar. All worked very well and we slept very well in the beds. It was silent at nighttime and the AC worked good. All clean and very comfortable. We would like to return and really recommend it.

Everything you need is just there (restaurants , supermarket ) close to metro and bus station , easy to find it , just a few minutes away from La Rambla and a few bus stops to Barceloneta.We strongly recommend the location for a nice holiday!

También me gustó que está un poco apartada del paralel con lo que no tienes el ruido constante que hay en dicha calle pero si los accesos y servicios que ofrece.

5 stars all round!!A beautiful modern home in a wonderful old building with alot of original features witch add to the beauty of this quaint place.Situated perfectly in Barcelona...10 mins from the busy la rambla and probably 15 minutes from the port...both fine to walk on foot, which I did fine everyday with my 50+ mother who was also fine...even in 30 degree heat!Come out the main door and do a right and within 30 feet you have some of the most amazing little bars/restaurants that come alive in the evening (spent lots of time down here)Javier and ivan, who greeted us, were the perfect hosts! Answered every single question I had and gave us a great little insight into where everything is around Barcelona.Ivan was also more then accommodating when I dropped the keys off the balcony 🤣🤦🏼‍♂️ The balcony itself is also lovely and if you stay here be sure to say hello to miguel and his son Elle who live opposite who were very very friendly and cute!!No questions just book t

Charming Parallel is fantastic! The place is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s a true two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, and even has a cute little balcony with a washing machine. We stayed here with two adults and two children and there was more than enough space for everyone to have their “own room” to sleep. The place was super clean and brand new. The bedding was super comfortable and there is climate control for each room and real black our shades. The location is fabulous, right between the Blai and Avenue Paraellel. It was right in the heart of Barcelona to make us feel like we were right outside the action, yet not in a cheesy touristy area. And the staff was super responsive and helpful. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything else. Charming parallel was AWESOME and we highly recommend!!

this is a lovely apartment in a great location. it is a 2 minute walk to the metro. The city is very walkable and you can walk anywhere from this location. Check in/out and communication was smooth and very easy. the apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. it is on the first floor but there is an elevator if you need it. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved this apartment! It was perfect for myself and two teenage kids! You cannot beat the location. Sooo many great places to eat and grocery stores right outside your door step! The subway is only a few blocks away. Ivan spoke perfect English and was a superior Host! Not to mention the apartment is beautiful...we especially loved the washing machine!

This is a nice apartment which is clean and comfortable. The location is great: very close to metro and easy to walk to centre. Best of all is lots of little local tapas bars literally round the corner and a great wine bar just opposite the apartment. Easy to stock up as little supermarket next door. It is quiet at night. The owner and his manager were extremely helpful. If you are just looking for a good central base which is of high quality then this is recommended.

Thank you , Ivan, for the warm welcome and your friendly advices. ! Very good, too: right next door there's a little "supermarket" open until 12.00pm, bakery is around the corner as well as some nice tapas bars ! We'll be back ;-)

Rested in May 2017. Wonderful family apartments right in the center of the city. Quiet area. In walking distance all the sights, metro, port, streets with restaurants. The design of the apartment is delicious. Very compact and cozy. The apartment is very fresh and has everything you need for living and relaxing. I want to note the responsiveness and hospitality of Ivan, who met us and was ready to help on any occasion. A huge thanks to him from our whole family. Recommended!
